Sleek Central Reading Wide Studio Stay

Perfect studio flat Positive: Great size and full of all mod cons Negative: The window couldn't be opened and so it ideally needs a hotel air conditioning unit to decrease the temperature & humidity sometimes.

the apartment was too hot if you cannot adjust the temperature Positive: Location was perfect and apartment was clean Negative: Building cleanliness was very poor. Also, the apartment was like an oven and no option to turn thermostats down, fan's provided (3 of) were poor

Stay away unless you want to sleep in a sauna Positive: The room was modem and pretty. Negative: No ventilation, room has a dehumidifier that spits hot air, a fan that barely works and no opening windows. Sleeps up to 4 guests (which should be illegal) the studio reached 32 degrees throughout the entire stay, no form of ventilation except keeping the front door open to the shared corridor. Outdoors the temperature was 18c. The representative for the property was very unhelpful and passive aggressively told me he couldn’t change the building design… but with nearly £100 per night and a £300 security deposit you’d expect to at least be able to sleep - as intended.
