it’s a modern apartment in a great location, but the deposit policy are worth considering before booking. Positive: Location, facilities Negative: The apartment is new, modern, and in a fantastic location. It is close to a bus stop and within walking distance of some excellent restaurants, especially Rosa, which serves some of the best Thai food. There are a few drawbacks. The room is above the kitchen and has no windows, which made it feel quite warm and a bit stuffy at times. There was also a slight smell of fresh paint during our stay. One important point for future guests is that a £300 security deposit is requested, which is returned up to two weeks after check-out. However, for a three-day stay the deposit is not actually required. When we were asked for the deposit, we felt stuck as cancelling at that point would have meant losing our money. No one inspected the apartment with us before or after so we are hoping the deposit will be returned without any issues.
