It was a comfortable stay, the property was clean. Positive: The property was comfortable Negative: The parking felt restricted, but didn’t cause any issues

Check property location ahead of booking Positive: Initially I liked what I saw advertised on booking.com. Negative: Unfortunately I did not stay at the property as the location is not as advertised, it is not situated onThe Broadway next to Woodford Station, the entrance is actually down a poorly lit back alley which is lined with industrial bins. Also, please note parking can be tricky too, if there are other cars parked in close proximity to the entrance. I spent a considerable amount of time, during the day, ahead of my stay trying to contact the property manager, however there was no answer and I spent an equally amount of time trying to locate the property as the postcode provided takes you to the Woodford Station but the property entrance is not next to Woodford Station. After a number of unanswered calls to the property manager, I decided to send an email and it was at this time I noticed they'd sent an email with a link to the property which states entrance is located on Bairny Wood Approach, pls see link below, Bairny Wood Approach is a poorly lit back alley lined with industrial bins, it has cars parked in a tight road, which makes maneuvering into the allocated parking spot somewhat difficult. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/opzxp39zcvu738ii8enss/ALE21O4ajgoo3t2ezs6pLIQ?dl=0&e=1&rlkey=8y7mz171kvvv7suzbgvnlingk&st=ey0adet0 The property was not easy to locate as it very bizarrely had a metal sheeting over the door and window, pls see image. I only wish I'd had known about his before booking, because I would never have booked this property. I felt unsafe and had to spend money on booking alternative accommodation.

Great apartment with a superb location. Positive: The apartment looks just like the pictures, very clean and spacious. The hosts were very responsive, gave detailed instructions & resolved an issue we had very quickly with great communication throughout. The apartment is a 30 second walk from Woodford tube station so very handy for travelling into London, with local shops nearby such as Sainsbury’s and the Bread & Marmalade cafe, which we highly recommend. Nice kitchenette which we didn’t use but looked well stocked. Will definitely stay again! Negative: It was hard to control the temperature of the shower & it swung from very hot to very cold in an instant. Also at the door to the property there was quite a bit of litter - appreciate that isn’t something the hosts can control fully but just a comment.
