Warm & Welcoming 2BR Flat with Great Amenities

We stayed for 7 days. For 6 of those days there was no water in the apartment due to a burst water pipe. While this was Positive: Location was great. Size of the property was good too and having underground parking was very convenient. Negative: It wasn’t clean as was dusty in multiple places. Pillows had stains and when we complained, the staff said they could not replace but instead give us more pillow cases to cover the stains. We had to sleep with towels on top of the pillows

Comfortable stay but needs a little attention in the main bedroom. Positive: Large and comfortable property. Negative: Some of the furnishings need cleaning or changing (blind and carpet in main bedroom) and the bins were not emptied before we arrived.

Positive: I will not advice anybody on a budget to book this property . I booked for 2 nights under £500, an additional bill of £738 was sent to me because guest came to the property. Negative: Hiding charges will be sent to you and your deposit will be collected with additional payment to it

My stay was good, however the parking space was not the best Positive: The serenity of the place was really good Negative: Car parking space was the major problem. I had park on the street.
