You have to give them £300 deposit they monitor your movement and speech
Positive: The apartment was resonably good with facilities to match
Negative: The accommodation require £300 deposit which you will be lucky to get back, if you read the previous reviews there is some mention of the deposit not being paid back they then monitor your speaking and breathing and your coming and going from the flat if you breach this youll lose some of your deposit with an excuse humans have to monitor whats going on in your holiday flat, if you are a person who speaks loudly if you talk for more than 10 minutes they listen in on your conversation which is monitored and you get charged for every time they listen in this is deducted from your final deposit. Do not stay here if you are a loud talker or make any kind of noise above very quiet talking. You are also monitored coming in and out of the property.
These type of accommodation requiring payment in advance and a deposit are best avoided Its also not prominent in the booking details it only becomes apparent after. So for talking loudly and checking out late we were charges £684 you have been warned. It should also be in the description that you will be monitored by camera and listening devices. They charged over £400 for noise which was on the level of a washing machine and was for only 20 minutes in the evening. The volume of human speech generally scales depending on the situation:50 dB: Roughly equivalent to moderate rainfall, a quiet office, or a very quiet, hushed whisper.60 dB: The volume of a typical, normal conversation at a comfortable distance.

Monitored 24/7 Do not book if you speak loudly
Positive: Nice accommodation
Negative: After paying for the accommodation you are forced to then pay £300 deposit, you are then monitored day and night when you arrive and leave and when you talk or move around you are monitored and if you speak loudly you should not book this accomodation and if you check out late you are charged £30 an hour. They want £100 an hour if the decibels go over 50 for more than 10 minutes this is even the sound of a washing machine its crazy!
