Elevated Elegance: 1BR 1BA Flat in Wellmeadow Rd

It was wonderful, I recommend it! 😇 Positive: A very nice and well-equipped apartment close to the city center. We loved it; everything was prepared for us: clean sheets, towels, plenty of toilet paper and garbage bags, a TV with Netflix, etc. Excellent communication with the resident, who was always willing to help. We rented the apartment for three people and had plenty of space, feeling very comfortable. It's very close to the train station and a supermarket. A very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Positive: On a quiet leafy street with basic groceries shops and restaurants (Indian, English, Italian) close by. A bus stop just round the corner, train to the centre less than five minutes walk. Kitchen well equipped, tea and coffee provided. Bed was OK if a larger one would be appreciated (but there is also a sofa ;-). Warm appartment, which is good to return to given the London weather in the Autumn. Just enough storage space for clothing and bags. Negative: Perhaps fewer breakable items like vases and the like would be appreciated and somewhere to hang coats and the like. But none of this is realy important.

We enjoyed staying here! Positive: The appartment was very good. It was clean and nice. The main bed in the main bedroom was very good. Communication was ok. We enjoyed staying here. Negative: The sleeping couch in the living room could be better.

The description is very misleading. The property does not have the advertised amenities (eg gym, dishwasher etc ??). We would not call it "elegant". Carpet stained. Broken blind. Dirty windows. Bathroom small, poorly tiled. No place to hang your clothes. Very hot in summer.
