Positive: The layout and decor of the property Negative: The apartment was very warm even with the fan on.

Am so sorry but that was a shock to my system. Couldn’t believe I was gonna spend the night in a place like that. If air Positive: Location-walking distance from train station(10minutes) Close to food and drinks Shower was good Provided a flat iron-quiet leaky though. Negative: Outside: a few beggars asking for money and for alcohol to be bought for them Inside: not really straight forward getting into the property. Quite cumbersome-but understandable. Sign for key fob from nearby shopkeeper, enter apartment number and into wall-mounted keypad then swibe fob, swibe fob again on the inside, go up a single flight of stairs, then use the physical key to get into the apartment. Inside: hot, no air conditioning. Fan was essentially useless. Bed: comfortable but stank of cigarettes at the head-end of the bed. Ended up sleeping across the bed to avoid the head-end. Bed frame upholstery was quite dirty with stain marks. One of the down lights was hanging precariously from its socket(pushed it back in as was not sure there was a camera of sorts in there). Noisy neighbours smoking in hallway.(noise barely heard once door closed) Property looks nothing like picture above- not even close. Looks out onto a disposal yard ( large bins, card boards, the odd car, rubbish strewn from overflowing bins)

Positive: Location Negative: Not working elevator, can’t open windows, no fresh air, not enough toilet paper & towels.

It smelled because there is no fresh air you can’t open windows Positive: Central Reading and nicely furnished Negative: Didn’t have a kettle, not great view and can’t open the windows,
