Stunning Westminster Apartment

Positive: Clean and quiet Negative: Limited amenities like no paper towels facial tissue not enough cups plates etc heating difficult to use

We have been to London many times and this was the best accommodation we have found. Positive: We met Farah, who accommodated our request for a slightly early entry and introduced us to the property. I would rate her help -- and that of the owner and the booking.com "front desk" -- as excellent and a great start to our vacation. The location of the condo is incredible. It is near to amenities (e.g., grocery stores, bus and tube stations) and to major sites on the south bank. The condo itself is comfortable and well provisioned. We had a wonderful time. Negative: There were some maintenance issues that have probably been addressed already. Several light bulbs were out or were dim, the light fixture over the sink was broken, and the fixture for the drape in the second bedroom was loose. Also, a small point, but the refund of the security deposit took longer than advertised.

Luxury spot for real London living. Positive: Loved the space in the apartment , great views, lovely to sit on the balcony it the evenings,Nice and quiet, it had everything you'd need in the kitchen, everything was spotless and only few minutes walk to Vauxhall tube station and bus links. Negative: Would have liked a full length mirror in the bedrooms or bathrooms, lights in the en suite weren't bright enough for putting on make up. Wooden bases of the bed's corners were quite dangerous ended up cutting one leg and bruised the back and front of my legs accidentally when passing to the windows.

Wonderful time. Would recommend and return on future trip. Positive: Location was great. Nice flat. Quiet inside building. Grocery store next door, fantastic accommodations. Negative: No air conditioning, so slept with windows open which was loud from the city events. Showers were difficult to get out of due to slickness, high step in/out, and no grab bars.
