Hi-End 2BR, 2BA, Apt, Heart of Canary Wharf

Appalling customer service , unclean Positive: The property itself is lovely , in a fantastic location and good views Negative: Absolutely appalling house keeping, tea/coffee stains on bed sheets, clearly not changed! Bits of food dropping on the rug in the living area, bedroom carpets not hoovered ! Previous visitors hair in the shower tray ! Very dirty kitchen floor with spillages (photographs taken of all of the above if required). The showers do not operate like normal showers , when asked how to use after my son had been scolded , I was informed there was a ‘knack’ to using it , which they failed to inform us! I did request some form of compensation , got a very judgemental , accusatory response ! Would not recommend and I certainly would not hook with these people again ! Terrible customer service !
