High End 1 BR Apt, 2 Beds Desirable Chigwell

It’s was amazing an beautiful Positive: It’s was beautiful the place was clean and cosy was a lovely staycation with my friends Negative: We were not aware of the £500 deposit when I reserved the location I was only told 3 days before arrival

We stayed here as we were having refurbishment at home.probablyok for 2/3 night stays Positive: Very well finished property and clean Negative: Fabulous Bosch dishwasher, but nothing to put in it! Only 2 mugs, 3 plates (one chipped). Loads of cupboards in kitchen, but lack of things in them. Parking is the downfall. Couldn’t get on drive one evening as one of the guests had about 5 cars on the drive. Had to park some way away, which is not great when you have a bad back. Contacted owners to complain and they told me where I can access garage key. They should have done that in the first place!

Positive: Modern and chic Negative: Walls were thin and could hear the person staying in the other room very clearly Stains on sofa

Scammers Positive: Interior was quite new and nice Negative: This is a scam!! After making payment for the property, we were suddenly told that we needed to pay a £500 deposit or else they won't share the access code!! The payment was directly to them via a payment link and we basically had no choice or else we would sleep in the street. 1.5 month later, I am still waiting for a refund!!!

Came to this property to relax and catch up with friends! Really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back! Positive: Super clean! And really enjoyed my stay! Will definitely visit again soon
